About the Clinic
Toftwood Dental Practice is a private practice offering the full range of general dental health services as well as utilising the latest digital scanning technology to produce crowns, dentures and Invisalign treatments.
The practice has been established in Toftwood for over 20 years and serves patients from Dereham as well as the surrounding towns and villages of Swanton Morley, Watton, Swaffham and Wymondham.
Checkup & cleaning
The most important way to prevent intrusive treatments is to have a regular checkup, scale and polish every 6-12 months.
Fillings
Toftwood Dental Practices exclusively provides composite fillings which are superior to amalgam by matching tooth colour and avoiding the use of mercury alloy.
Invisalign ®
A series of clear aligners created from an initial 3D scan of the mouth which will in turn guide your teeth to create the smile you have designed with your dentist.

Meet the Team
Dr. Aileen Clack
Dentist
Originally from Dominican Republic, Dr Aileen Clack moved to Norwich in 2006 and previously worked as a dentist in Spain before transferring to the UK and re-qualifying through the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 2016. Married with children and living locally, Dr Clack has a passion for new technologies and uses digital scanning and records to improve the quality of dentistry that is offered to her patients.
Dr. Susanna Moore
Associate Dentist
Susanna joined Toftwood Dental Practice in 2023 as a General Dentist to meet our increased demand in the local area.
Susanna also helps train our new apprentice dental nurses as our practice grows.
Kim Older
Dental Hygienist
Kim is our experienced hygienist and works two days a week with the team at Toftwood Dental Practice.
Karen Clarke
Dental Nurse
Karen has worked at Toftwood Dental Practice since 2001 and is a familiar face to many of our long term clients.
As well as supporting Dr Clack, Karen has experience managing specific patient requirements and is able to assist with access, mobility and overall comfort.
Devin Jones
Dental Nurse
Devin brings a wealth of experience to our team as a dental nurse as well as mentor to our apprentices.

Alexis is one of our trainee nurses. We have noticed how caring and kind she is with our patients.

Leah Smith
Deputy Practice Manager
Leah is our Deputy Practice Manager and as well as nursing is our initial patient point of contact for any queries with our service
